FONTINA CHEES or TUMA CHEESE or MOZZARELLA • 8-10 pieces for every arancino
EGG WHITES • 1
HARD-BOILED EGG • 2/3
BREADCRUMBS • 1 dish
SEED OIL • A lot! (at least one bottle)
